About the event
Get to know our Baker:
My name is Cyril Hervé, I’m originally from France and a baker for 17 years.
During my career, I had the opportunity to work in many artisanal bakeries in France, Belgium and Australia, focusing on traditional and local products including sourdough bread and Viennoiserie. Working as an International Technical Advisor for Puratos, I also had the opportunity to support artisan and industrial customers and train bakers in more than 25 different countries, and learned about countless recipes and methods of making bread and pastries.
Over the last 7 years, I have grown to be one of the company’s specialist in Viennoiserie and Laminated pastries, I am always eager to discover the latest techniques, taste different flavours, follow the latest trends and explore new ways of working.
